Panekuk Vla Vanila


PANEKUK VLA KEJU VANILA

Bahan Kulit :
500 gr terigu protein tinggi (Cakra)
80 gr susu full cream
3 btr telur
1200 ml air
1 sdm mentega/margarin leleh

1/4 sdt garam


Cara Membuat :
1. Ayak terigu, garam dan susu full cream, buat lubang ditengahnya, masukkan telur dan air sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk rata, terakhir masukkan mentega/margarin leleh.
2. Saring adonan lalu diamkan kurleb 15 menit.
3. Masak diteflon seperti buat dadar.



Bahan Isi ( Vla ) :
70 gr Maizena
15 gr Custard Powder
1 sdt Vanila
2 btr Kuning telur
190 gr Gula pasir
1000 ml Susu UHT
150 gr Keju Cheddar Parut


Cara Membuat :
1. Rebus 750 ml susu UHT dan gula
2. Ayak maizena, custard powder dan vanila masukkan kuning telur, tambahkan sisa susu (250 ml ) sedikit demi sedikit agar tidak bergerindil.
3. Setelah susu mendidih langsung masukkan adonan telur sambil diaduk cepat, masak hingga meletup-letup. Dinginkan
4. Setelah dingin tambahkan keju cheddar parut, aduk rata dan masukkan kedalam plastik segitiga simpan di kulkas (Dingin lebih nikmat)


Penyelesaian :
1. Ambil kulit panekuk , semprot bahan isi
2. Lipat seperti melipat Risol
3. Sajikan

Bingka Pandan



Bingka Pandan

Bahan :
• 250 gr gula pasir (aku pake 200 gr)
• 1000 ml santan (aku pk kara 600 ml + air 400 ml)
• 3 btr kuning telur
• 2 btr telur
• 2 lbr daun pandan
• 1/2 sdt vanili
• 1/2 sdt garam
• 1 sdt pasta pandan
• 2 sdm tepung terigu (aslinya ga make)

Taburan : Kenari Cincang

Cara Membuat :
1. Rebus santan, garam, dan daun pandan di api kecil sampai tersisa 600 ml. Angkat, saring dan dinginkan.
2. Kocok telur dan gula pasir hingga setengah mengembang.
3. Masukkan santan, pasta pandan dan vanili, aduk rata.
4. Tambahkan terigu, aduk hingga rata.
5. Panaskan cetakan (
6. Tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan yang telah diolesi minyak sayur.
7. Bakar selama kurang lebih 30 menit.
8. Sajikan.

Hai..hai...jumpa lagi di LBT#4 dengan tema Rolled Cookies...
Pas baca pengumuman kl tema PR LBT#4 adalah Rolled Cookies dah kebayang pengen buat Kastengel atau Putri Salju, langsung ke TBK terdekat tuk nyari bahan-bahan...(semangat 45 neh..) secara kue ini jadi favorit keluarga dan tentunya teman-teman juga kan...
Rencana wiken kmrn2 mau buat cookiesnya tp ada aja halangan, dari anak sakit dan saya sendiripun sempet drop...
H-1 malah kepikiran untuk nyobain resep yg lain hasil googling pagi ini, intip bahan2 alhamdulillah komplit...abis sholat Magrib langsung deh duduk manis ngerjain PRnya...dan cobaan ga sampai disini sodara-sodara (cieee), Jam 7 lewat dirumah mati listrik dan nyala jam 12an krn ada gardu PLN yg jatuh (akibat hujan angin)...itupun nyalanya ga sampai 20 menit dan mati lagi sejam..so, ngebakar cookies dan ngehiasnya ditemani ama cahaya lilin (nasibbbbb, mana ini kali pertama nyobain bkn kukis pk royal icing)...
Pagi-pagi sebelum ngantor sempetin deh jeprat jepret dulu kukisnya (walopun penampakannya blm memuaskan tp soal rasa jangan ditanya hehehehe ) biar nyampe ktr langsung upload, ternyata cobaan masih aja setia menemani...laptop udah ga bs dipakai lagi dan harus diinstal ulang dan selesainya sekitar setengah jam yg lalu...
Btw, walaupun penuh cobaan buat kukisnya tp saya tetap semangat nerima tantangan (semoga ga berat-beratnya qiqiqi) berikutnya...
Lets see....
Chocolate Rolled Cookies

1 cup butter
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 Tablespoons chocolate liqueur or extra strong coffee (this can be made with about 1 teaspoon of instant espresso dissolved into 2 Tablespoons warm water)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
1.) Sift together (or gently stir with a whisk) the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
2..) With an electric mixer cream together the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until fully incorporated and fluffy.
2.) Beat in egg, coffee or liqueur, and vanilla.
3.) Add in flour/cocoa mixture about 1 cup at a time. Blend until fully incorporated. (If you are using a hand mixer you may need to add the last cup of flour by hand).
4.) Divide dough into two or three large balls, place in a plastic bag and chill in the refrigerator 1-2 hours (if you're in a hurry, you can chill the dough for about 20 minutes in the freezer).
5.) Once chilled, work with one ball of dough at a time, and roll onto a lightly floured surface. I find it works best to place a sheet of parchment paper on top of the dough, and then roll on top of the parchment. This prevents the dough from sticking to your rolling pin, and you also don't need to add as much extra flour (as you would without the parchment).
6.) Cut out desired shapes with cookie cutters and place on a baking sheet.
7.) Place the baking sheet (with cookies on it) in the freezer about 5 minutes (this helps the dough keep it's shape when baked).
8.) Bake cookies for 7-10 minutes (depending on size) in a 350*F oven.
9.) Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet a few minutes and then transfer to a wire cooling rack.
10.) Decorate as desired.
